NAV Organizes Meet and Greet

Nepalese Association of Victoria organized a meet and greet program on 15 May 2015 at Coburg, Melbourne. This program was organized to introduce the new NAV team to the community, to present an outline of NAV’s program and activities for rest of the year and to get feedback and suggestions from the community members and leaders.
On this occasion NAV also presented new Advisors for the years 2016-2018.
NAV was also pleased to announce that the Sahityik Janghat (Nepali literature activities) will recommence from 3 July 2016.
This program was attended by Hon Consulate General of Nepal to Victoria Mr Chandra Yonzon, NRNA Vice President Mr Keshav Kadel, NAV past presidents Dr Raju Adhikari, Mr Ranjan Vaidya, Mr Bon Yonzon and Mr Sudhir Shakya. Also in the attendees were leaders from various other Nepalese organizations in Victoria. Representatives from Nepalese Association of Geelong, Chitwan Samaj, Help Nepal Australia, Nepalese Youth Association, Jana Samparka Samiti, Overseas Nepalese Forum, Magar Samaj, Tamang Samaj, Eastern Warriors Sports Club, Himalayan Cricket Club, Craigieburn Nepalese Community were among the participants, who provided valuable suggestions and advice. The program was also attended by local Nepalese business leaders and event organizers.
